FAQ

1. Click this link to refer you to the Helpcenter IPB.

2. Fill your username and password to log into the Helpcenter system.

3. Fill the ticket in a form similar to this one. There are points to be noticed here.

  • Please select the "LMS" as the help topic.
  • You can state the title in the "Permasalahan" field, introducing your wish.
  • Please type the details in the ticket body.
  • Select the event such as Summer Course/Winter Course/Seminar/Workshop
  • Tell us the course name, in detail, as well as its affiliation to the faculty or department if any.
  • The course request also needs a formal letter of acknowledgment from the unit head (the event name, the date, the contact person, and the additional request).
  • If you are going to attach the participant data and let our staff do the enrollment, do tell the participant not to create an account using email at the OCW site. However, if you are not quite sure, you can also avoid attaching the participant spreadsheet; Let them log into the system using their own Gmail account and enroll themselves using the self-enrollment set beforehand.

4. After clicking the "create ticket" button, please kindly wait. Our staff will reply to inform the progress in approximately 3 work days.

5. Once all points of request are finished, welcome aboard! You can start using the course intended on the ticket to teach.
